I met this wonderful man while on holiday in Barcelona in July 1960.He was with me for most of the holiday and took me to places the rest of the group never saw.The day I left he came to say goodbye neither of us wanted this but as I was only 16 at the time and he was 22 he new no English and me no Spanish.As the coach was travelling up Las Ramblas at a very slow speed he managed to get me a beautiful bunch of flowers and past them through the coach window and asked one of our group to give them to me.I treasured this flowers all the way back to England and even when they had died I couldn't let them go.I have been married for over51 years but I have never forgotten my wonderful holiday.If I had my time again on my part things would have been very different.If anyone knows anything about Luis I would love to know as he has always been in my heart and will be until the day I die.If anyone knows this person I would please ask you to pass this on with my email address which is sevason@tesco.net as I would love to be back in contact.Thank you for reading this and I hope someone will be able to help.

During my deployment as an USN Sailor in 1973 my wedding ring was lost in the sand at Barcelona Beach. This is an impossible quest of mine to ever see it again. I have to try.
I'm still married to my childhood sweetheart even when the military draft interrupted our dreams for a period of time (duty calls).
I have long since replaced this wedding band with a replica, but unforgotten, is the one I traded vows with.
It's a typical mans wedding with ()()()()() around the perimeter approximately size 10.5. This ring has a distinctive blemish from a near life taking motorcycle accident in 1971, the year we were married.
I will continue checking back for replies until the Lord has different plans.
