Hotel Arts Barcelona

This hotel is situated alongside the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea in Barcelona. It's pleasantly out of the bustling city, yet still within walking distance or a quick cab ride to major sights. They even offer a complimentary shuttle to the city center at scheduled intervals throughout the day. Strolling along the beach and pier alone is a wonderful experience. The property itself is stunning and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is unbeatable. The concierge, particularly Judith, recommended excellent tour companies and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed indulging in tapas at the lobby bar, thanks to the fantastic service from Maxx and Moses. This level of service was consistent throughout the hotel, from check-in to dining to housekeeping to shuttle staff. It reminded us of the first-rate service at the Ritz Carlton. We would love to come back to this hotel and explore the charming city of Barcelona once again.

This hotel exceeded all expectations during our visit. It is a luxurious establishment now managed by a well-known hospitality company. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay in Barcelona. From the moment we arrived with Justus at check-in to our departure, everything was flawless. Although the weather was not ideal for swimming, the pool appeared to be top-notch. We were especially impressed with the complimentary taxi service to Playa Catyluna. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

I must say, our weekend getaway was absolutely amazing at Hotel Arts Barcelona! This trip was a special one as we were there to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. The front desk and guest services team went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. They surprised us with a delicious cake and delightful balloons in our room, which added such a thoughtful touch to our stay. The impeccable services throughout the entire hotel, delicious food, and luxurious spa experience were all beyond our expectations. I highly recommend booking one of the private spa water areas before or after a treatment - it was truly a treat for the senses. Overall, our experience at Hotel Arts Barcelona was nothing short of exceptional.

The place 🏨 was pleasant, but the surroundings can be risky for theft. 😞 Sadly, I got robbed in the evening, only one 🚶‍♀️ away from the place. Everything 💰 💳💸 was taken, including my ID. The staff was unmoved and simply said it's common. 😒 They didn't even assist me in reaching out to authorities or going to the station to file a report, even though I was traveling alone. 😔 I expected better service given the incident occurred right in front of them.

During my recent stay in Barcelona, I had the most welcoming and comfortable experience. From the helpful concierge, friendly front desk staff, and amazing employees at the Pantry, my visit was made truly special. Although I can't quite remember all of their names, Roxy, Constanta, Oliver, Robin, Leonard, Carmilla, Shayne, Snow, and Poncharu all left a lasting impression on me. The hotel had everything I needed, including a well-stocked coffee bar and a variety of bathroom products. TV enthusiasts will be pleased to know that there is a wide selection of national and international channels available for free. And for those who like to stay active, don't forget to pack your running shoes as the beach walk is perfect for both a leisurely stroll or an energizing run. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Barcelona.
