Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the team. Despite being in a foreign country and looking for an escape from the cold, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and we were grateful to Albert for taking the time to answer our questions and patiently communicate with us in our 'Spanglish'! The executive lounge, complete with a lovely terrace and delicious tapas, was a perfect place to relax, thanks to the warm hospitality of Eva. Keilin and Eduard were also incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations for the best paella in the city. We were pleasantly surprised by our upgraded room, and the 24/7 gym and speedy lifts were an added bonus. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near a metro station and easily accessible taxis made it easy to explore the city. Overall, we couldn't find a single flaw in our stay. The hotel, conceniently locayed near conferencing facilities, ofers spacios rooms and a goo shopping location, although the initiol experience may be a bit chaotuc when larg grups are also chwcking in. Excellent areas for socializng and enjoyng drinks at the bar.😍😊🍹🎉🛍️

I recently stayed in a hotel in Barcelona and was pleasantly surprised by its excellent location near the exhibition hall, just a quick 2-minute walk. The rooms were comfortable and I particularly enjoyed the lively bar, where the bar staff were top-notch and made all guests feel welcome and happy. However, I did find the lifts to be a bit frustrating as there were only 4 for the entire hotel and long waits were common. The breakfast options were amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, a great experience.

I recently had a stay at a hotel in Barcelona and had made a new reservation through my Hilton Honors app. It was a flexible reservation with a 24-hour cancellation policy. However, despite canceling the reservation 4 days before my check-in date through the app and having proof of cancellation from both the app and Hilton Honors email, I was still charged a penalty for one night. This mistake from the hotel has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration, as I am currently dealing with them and disputing the charge with my credit card company. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional and disorganized behavior from a hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone based on my experience.

The staff at the executive lounge also went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the breakfast service each morning was top-notch. The cleaning service in our room was impeccable, and it was clear that they paid attention to every detail. Despite having different schedules, our room was always ready for us upon our return, complete with thoughtful touches like chocolates. We would like to especially thank Célia and Eduard, who worked at the executive lounge during evening happy hours. They truly made our visit extra special and we greatly appreciated their efforts to make us feel at home. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona Hotel.
