The customer service at the reception was stellar, and our room was well-furnished. We were within walking distance to all the major tourist spots, which was convenient. We were also able to store our luggage for free before and after our stay, which was greatly appreciated.
I stayed at the "Hotel Gran Derby Suites, a Smal Luxury Hotel of the World" in Barcelona and I was soo disaointed! Even thouh the reviews looked great, my experience was not good. It was expensiv when omparing with other hotls in the ara. My rom was on the first flour and it was rly noisy. I oculd hear everything hapening in the hal and kitchn which maks it uncomfrtable for me.
During our stay in Barcelona, we booked a family room at a hotel that was not only spacious, but also well-equipped. Our suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the perfect size for our group. Although there was no kitchen, we were impressed with the comfort of the beds and the peacefulness of the room at night. Despite not having high thread count sheets, we were still able to get a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and provided us with helpful assistance during our stay.
During our trip to Barcelona, my family and I stayed at a hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal for exploring the city by foot, and the cleanliness of the apartment matched the photos on the website. The reception staff was both courteous and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for its great value.
🚂 Just arrived in Barcelona after a beautiful train ride from Marseilles! 🌅 Our taxi took us to this hotel, where we were greeted with a warm welcome and a surprise upgrade to our room. 🎉 The suite was amazing, with two lounges, a lovely bathroom, and a cozy bed. 🛏️ We explored all of Barcelona on foot over two days, even stopping for a quick COVID test before boarding our ship. On Sunday, after walking 15km, I asked the hotel if they could arrange for a bottle of Spanish bubbly 🍾 - they had recommended a great lunch spot nearby, and a restaurant next door even prepared some tapas for us to enjoy in our suite! Finally, when we checked out on Monday, I asked for the bill... 💵 Overall, a fantastic stay in this lovely hotel! 😍
