This place is absolutely incredible! 😍👌🏼 The views are stunning and the cocktails and food are delicious 🤤 The perfect spot for a girls' trip 💃🏻 We ended up staying here for the entire afternoon 🤩 It was a bit confusing to book in for a larger group, but if you book ahead of time on the Monday before, you shouldn't have any issues 👍🏼 Highly recommend! 💯
I was so excited to stay at Sercotel Hotel Rosellon given the breathtaking views of Sagrada Familia. Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not as great as I had expected. The reception person was dismissive and unhelpful - it took greater than an hour for my room to be available after the official check-in time. The room was small, uninviting, and with no windows to the outside, it felt quite oppressive. It's a real pity as the rooftop bar provides an amazing view - the hotel otherwise is very conveniently located.
Our stay at this hotel was great. The staff who spoke English were very professional and courteous (I’m sure the others were as well!). There was only one day where we had to call the front desk to get our room cleaned, but generally speaking, everything was very good. The location was excellent in terms of proximity to various points of interest and transportation was easily accessible. The room was relatively small, not much room to unpack and settle in, but that's a minor issue. We were out for most of the day, but the hotel provided a clean place to rest our heads. Even though we didn't include the breakfast in our room rate this time, I would still recommend adding it. It was a great way to start the day. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel; it suited our needs perfectly.
My stay at this hotel was not worth the 4-star rating. Upon arrival, the doorman outside wasn't paying attention to incoming guests, not even offering a simple greeting. Inside, there was a separate desk with two ladies, but again no one was paying attention or greeting anyone. At reception, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasn't properly cleaned, with dust on the desk and bathroom surfaces. The air conditioning filter was grey and full of dust. Breakfast was ok, but missing the white beans in tomato sauce. Even at breakfast, most of the staff members were busy with their own breakfast, not paying attention to guests. When requesting a taxi, the staff pointed outside and told me to try and stop one myself. The terrace overlooking the Sagrada Familia was closed due to a private event. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay, but not up to 4-star standards in terms of service. Regards, Rene….
We booked a room that offered an amazing view of La Sagrada Familia and were given a spacious accommodation with large windows. We were also granted early check-in. However, the room had an excessive amount of dust on some surfaces, and the bathroom was in need of a renovation. The coffee making facilities comprised of a kettle and two sachets of instant coffee, which was not that great. We also visited the terrace bar, which had a fabulous view and, unlike expected, did not require an advance reservation for hotel guests. However, the service was a bit slow and the staff did not greet us on arrival. The staff at the reception, on the other hand, were friendly and professional. All in all, despite its great location and view, the hotel does not offer much in terms of quality and you are essentially paying for the view.
