The accommodation was situated in a prime spot near playa Catalunya, providing easy access to everything. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally cozy rooms and a welcoming and supportive staff, making our trip to Barcelona flawless. Thank you.

During my recent trip to Barcelona in March 2024, my partner and I stayed at this hotel for four days. Unfortunately, our experience was not entirely satisfactory. On the first day, we were assigned a room on the second floor which had issues with the air conditioning. Moreover, the English channels available, including BBC1, BBC2, Channel 4, and Channel 5, had poor reception, making it impossible to watch for more than a minute. To add to our disappointment, construction work began early in the morning, making it impossible to relax. After bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, we were moved to a room on the first floor with a balcony. However, we were still unable to access the balcony as it was locked, and the English channels were still not working. Finally, we were relocated to the ninth floor, where we encountered yet another issue - the room had no air conditioning and we still had no access to English television. On a positive note, the location of the hotel is convenient, and the staff were very helpful. However, for a five-star establishment, it falls short in terms of customer treatment.

The staff at the reception were amazing. The breakfast offered a decent variety, but nothing out of the ordinary. The rooms were peaceful and impeccably tidy. The hotel kindly arranged a special surprise for my friend's birthday, which was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring the city. However, we were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed during our stay. We specifically chose this hotel because of its pool, but unfortunately, we were unable to use it. It would have been helpful if we were informed about this before arriving.

Our stay in Barcelona was truly unforgettable, thanks in part to the exceptional hotel we stayed in. The services provided here truly exemplify a five-star rating. The room was spacious and meticulously organized, with the added bonus of a personal Alexa assistant to answer any questions we had. The breakfast offered everything we needed to start our day off right and explore the city with energy. The hotel's ambiance and decor were simply magical. And the staff at the lobby, reception, and breakfast area were always kind and ready to assist us in any way. A special thank you to Giorgia, who graciously provided us with insider tips about the city and even helped us make a restaurant reservation based on a friend's recommendation. Giorgia, we are grateful for all your help and would love to welcome you to Greece in the future.

During our recent stay, we were assigned a room on a high floor with two beds and received a Culinary amenity upon arrival. However, our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. After a long journey of over 24 hours, we checked in and were informed that our room was not yet ready. We were disappointed to find out that no one had informed us of this delay and we had to wait for 1.5 hours before the room was finally ready. To make matters worse, our high floor turned out to be the third floor with a view of a construction site. Rather than being able to relax and recover from our trip, we were forced to endure the constant noise and shouting of construction workers. The sheets in our room were also dirty with holes, and there was a strong smell of weed in the hallway. The only Culinary amenity provided was a small chocolate. When we brought these issues to the attention of the front desk and showed them photos of the dirty sheets, all they could offer was to either separate the beds in our room or downgrade us. We reluctantly agreed to have the beds separated, but even after three days, this still hasn't been done. Instead, we have been sleeping on an uncomfortable pull-out sofa, surrounded by dirt. Needless to say, we will not be booking at this hotel again.
