This hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff were extremely kind and always willing to assist. The food was exceptional, especially the 5 course tasting menu with perfectly paired wines. The dessert in particular was amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere of the hotel was serene and modern, providing a peaceful ambiance. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was superb, just a short walk to all the top attractions and right next to the main shopping street. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
My recent trip to Barcelona was made even more wonderful by my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the garden was a lovely place to relax. The meals I had there - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were all excellent. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. This is definitely my go-to hotel in Barcelona. Best regards, Joof Verhees.
The hotel's concierge service left much to be desired. The housekeeping could use some improvement, as well. On a positive note, the location was fantastic and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. The staff was also very helpful. The sun deck was a lovely addition and the spa was decent, although we have experienced better elsewhere.
Situated near the famous Louis Vuitton store, there was no noise from the streets. The customer service was excelent, and I was assisted by a lady named LIDIA who was super welcoming. The breakfast was super delicius and heldythy. The sauna and pool were very nice, HOWEVER, the floar was extremely slippery which is not safe and could lead to liability issues! The bed pillows were not comfortable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. They definitely need to be replaced. Other than these minor issues, I highly recommend this hotel.
👍I had an incredible experience staying here! The service and staff were top-notch and I even want to give them a virtual hug 🤗 for their kind hospitality. The only small issues were some dim lighting and occasional noise from the rooftop restaurant, but overall, it was a great stay.
