🙌 Over the past 40 years, we've stayed in so many hotels around the 🌎, and Mercer Hotel in Barcelona has easily made it to the top of our list! 🔝 Tucked away in a charming alleyway in the historic Gothic district, this hotel's location is 💯, just a short walk from all the must-see sights in Barcelona. The reception area is simply 😍, with its cozy and elegant vibes. And let's talk about the room – although not the biggest, it's perfectly comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our room even had a stunning glass wall overlooking a peaceful courtyard. 🌿 And let's not forget the 4th-floor rooftop garden with comfy seating and a small pool – 🤩! But what truly made our stay special was the remarkable service from the hotel staff, especially Mario at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, even walking us to get a taxi a few times. 👏 Out of all the hotel staff we've encountered, Mario stands out as the best! 👌

We recently completed a 4-day getaway at a stunning hotel in Barcelona. Upon arrival, our host Dani greeted us warmly. Our room was delightful, with a view of a vertical garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable, a much-needed relief after our days of exploring this captivating city. Breakfast was scrumptious and served by the charming and helpful staff. Every member of the team was accommodating and friendly, with a special shout-out to Dani for arranging a mesmerizing flamenco evening, Mauro for booking a restaurant for us to try paella, and Jenny for her warm and helpful personality. This was a birthday trip for me, and the Mercer Hotel made it all the more extraordinary. Barcelona is a magnificent city, filled with wonderful people and amazing food. I highly recommend booking with this hotel - it will elevate your experience to new heights. Kudos to the entire staff for being a true asset to the hotel.

Our recent stay in Barcelona was truly enjoyable. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance to many popular attractions and the beach. Our family, which included a baby and toddler, stayed in a spacious junior suite and the hotel staff were very accommodating to our children. The staff was exceptional - friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. We were even assisted with weighing our luggage at the lobby when we were worried about the weight for our airport taxi. The only slight inconvenience was that random taxis or Ubers cannot drop you off at the hotel's doorstep due to narrow streets, but the hotel can arrange for taxis to come directly to the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely experience.
