Céleri
High gastronomy vegetables!
April 2018:
Celeri completely changed its organization in 2018. This restaurant is now called Hetta. It is no longer directed by Xavier Pellicer who will open a new location in 2018.
We returned to Celeri/Hetta in March 2018. The kitchen now run by 4 chefs has lost its soul. Cold and snobby welcome, contemporary cuisine but really flat,in the end expensive and without much interest. We came out hungry and disappointed. We now do not recommend this restaurant which no longer brings anything. Revise that bad copy!
Our initial critique in 2017:
Tribu Woki continues its conquest of well-being through organic food with the opening this time of a new restaurant: Céleri.
We have already mentioned its organic supermarkets in Barcelona - there are now 5 - by presenting Woki Organic Market -. With Céleri the idea is to show what is becoming seasonal vegetables in the hands of a great Chef. Xavier Pellicer (El Raco de Can Fabes, Abac..) therefore created an open and chic place for a green cuisine, natural and gastronomic!
The heart of its menu is a variation of dishes around eight seasonal vegetables such as cauliflower, asparagus, spinach.. Variations where vegetarians are mainly featured but where meat and fish lovers are not forgotten!
Innovative and grandiose.
