Before or after visiting this wonderful Cathedral, from breakfast to dinner, Singular is open non-stop for a cuisine of the market with products from their garden or bread cooked over a wood fire. The recipes are inspired by Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine but not only, for example their hamburger is remarkable. One can also just have a drink and tapas or a brunch!
