The Mammoth Museum in Barcelona is a science, historical and unique museum located in a 13th century building in one of the oldest streets of the city, in the heart of the Gotic district.

The museum displays authentic skeletons of animals of the Ice Age like the woolly mammoth and others, as well as scientific reproductions made from real dimensions. It also offers the opportunity to see a copy of the Altamira cave paintings and petroglyphs found in the Levant area.

This visit will reach all your senses. You'll be able to touch a mammoth tusk, smell a woolly rhinoceros horn, celebrate a birthday or acquire any of the handicrafts made of mammoth ivory.

This museum offers this and much more. They are waiting for you since more than 100,000 years ago!
