NH Collection Barcelona Podium

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially one person named Pau. He went above and beyond to provide us with directions and even helped us make reservations at restaurants. Every time we interacted with him at the reception, he made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Pau, for making our visit so pleasant.

🏨 We stayed here for a few nights before 🎄. It has a 💯 location, super easy to walk into the central area. The 🏢 is clean and we saw a lot of helpful 🙋‍♂️ around. Checkin was smooth. We reserved a nice room directly and it was spacious, clean and had a great view of the street. The 🍴 buffet had a variety of options to meet most needs. We were able to checkin and out online for convenience. There's a restaurant in the 🏨 if you don't feel like walking around. Sadly, we couldn't order room service, but it wasn't a big 🚫. The photos are accurate and our refurbished room was lovely. It even had a ☕ machine and the coffee and tea were restocked. The towels were 👌. Our only issue was the unsecured Wi-Fi.

The hotel we stayed at was excellent and only a short walk away from La Sagrada Familia (around 15 minutes). It was also conveniently located near the main shopping street and Plaça de Catalunya. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe even when walking at night. The only issue we had was with the car parking next door, as it was quite tight for larger vehicles like SUVs.

Stayed for one night and received excellent service right from the beginning when a porter helped us with our luggage upon arrival. The sauna was a much-appreciated amenity after a long day of walking, and when we requested it, the reception staff quickly turned it on for us. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was too cold for us to use in winter. The rooms were very clean and functional, although the nespresso machine was a bit complicated to use. However, we managed to figure it out eventually. The welcome drink was a nice touch and overall, the service was great. We didn't try the breakfast buffet as it was a bit expensive at 22 euros, but there are plenty of coffee shops in the area if you just want a croissant and coffee.

During our visit to Barcelona, we were lucky enough to stay at a hotel with an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to assist us and always did so with a friendly smile. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the personalized attention we received made us feel like valued guests. If you're planning a trip to Barcelona, I would highly suggest staying at this hotel. They truly excel at providing assistance with anything and everything you may need during your stay.
