Hotel Suizo

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by two men at the reception. The hotel was extremely clean, and there was a metro station right outside - super convenient! Our room was spotless and extremely cozy. There were also two cafes located on either side of the hotel, so we were able to grab some coffee for breakfast and take it back to our room. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Barcelona Cathedral, only about 2 minuets away. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if we ever return to Barcelona, I would staying here again.

The accommodations were tastefully designed and well-maintained, with a clean and spacious bathroom. Its convenient location provided easy access to various forms of transportation, including the nearby Jaume metro stop. We were able to easily explore the coastline and all the popular attractions and hidden gems in the lively gothic quarter. The vibrant atmosphere of the area was a delightful touch. The rooms may have been on the smaller side, but it didn't bother us as we spent most of our time out and about. Despite the size, the room was still comfortable and well-furnished. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge, room service menu, and balconies in our room which added to our overall satisfaction. Our only critiques are that the beds were average in comfort and the air conditioning was not functional. Due to noise from the bustling streets and church bells, we couldn't open the windows or balcony doors, which was a disappointment.

The accommodations were recently updated and conveniently located in the heart of the city. The elevator had a unique and amusing design. The employees were very supportive. The only drawback was the unavailability of the bar. We didn't inquire if it would be open during other seasons, but we enjoy having a nightcap in the bar before turning in for the night, so this was disappointing. However, this did not dissuade us from visiting again, as we have already made reservations for October 2024.

During my stay in Barcelona, I discovered a very comfortable hotel with a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions I had. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city, as everything was within a 10-minute walking distance. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious and juicy options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The hotel was in a prime location, but the noise from the city at night could be bothersome. However, this is to be expected in a bustling urban area. The staff were courteous and accommodating. The breakfast offered a satisfying variety and was a perfect way to kickstart the day. Although the room was spacious, the only downside was the outdated and worn-out bathroom. Overall, I would consider staying here again.
