👍Located in the heart of the Gothic quarter, close to the stunning marina. The bus tours stop nearby. Hotel was tidy and cozy, but ❗be mindful❗that the AC is switched off in November and the heat is turned on, causing our room to be too 🔥hot. Opening the door to the balcony 🚪let in pesky 🦟mosquitoes. Don't forget to ask for the bath plug at reception! 🌍While boasting high environmental standards, our towels were changed too frequently...
The accommodation was situated in an ideal spot for exploring the wonderful city of Barcelona. The room was well-maintained and spacious, and the charming Juliet balcony overlooking the lively square added to the overall appeal. The breakfast spread boasted a diverse selection of both warm and cold dishes, along with freshly made fruit drinks. Our four-night stay here was highly enjoyable and we would not hesitate to suggest it to our loved ones. We are eagerly looking forward to our return to this stunning city.

This hotel was truly impressive. Our experience during our stay was outstanding, as the staff provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the city. The surrounding area had all the necessary amenities, such as great dining options and attractions. Plus, the main area of the city was conveniently within walking distance. We would gladly return in the future.
I stayed here for 4 nights and was really pleased with the location. It was within easy reach of everywhere I wanted to visit in the city, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities. The area had a lot of bars, restaurants and shops as well, making it really convenient.
We had a great stay at the Hotel del Mar in Barcelona! The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly, and would always greet us when we entered the hotel. Whenever we needed a taxi, they quickly facilitated it for us. Our room was well-presented and clean, and it was also kept to a very high standard every day. The hotel has an ideal location; it’s minutes away from the port and there are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The city centre is only a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is a similar distance. Breakfast is plentiful, with hot and cold drinks, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and hot cooked food. We would highly recommend this hotel!
