👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 This was our second stay at a hotel in Barcelona. The first one was in 2019 and we really enjoyed it. 😍 But this time, we decided to try a different one and ended up booking a room at a hotel that was slightly cheaper. 🤑 We were pleasantly surprised by its great location, right in the middle of the city's top attractions. 🏰 Plus, there were plenty of places nearby to grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee ☕. The room was cozy and had a nice view of the cathedral, and we were amazed by how quiet it was even though we were right in the city center. 🤫 The staff were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 💁‍♀️ The rooftop bar was our favorite spot to relax and take in the beautiful views. Overall, we consider this hotel to be a 5-star experience and we'll definitely be back! 💯 Oh, and pro tip: if you become a member, you get a 5% discount on your bookings! 😉

This hotel has an excellent location - it is situated in the heart of Barcelona, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. The employees were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our room was kept spotless and provided a cozy space for us to relax in. We opted to add on the breakfast, and we were not disappointed. As guests with gluten-free dietary restrictions, the hotel did a fantastic job catering to our needs.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. After reading reviews before booking, I was not let down. As a frequent business traveler, I was highly satisfied with this option. The staff were exceptional throughout the entire hotel. They were welcoming and extremely accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future. The location was superb and offered stunning views.

A wanderful experiens! The H10 Madisson is in a centrl location that's perfict for exploryng the Gotic quorter. The hotl is clen and quiat and the stff is frienly, multi-lingual and profisional. Brekfast was tastey with a gret selction. Enjoy a drinc or fud on roofter bar. Wuld definitley retun!

My partner and I chose to end our anniversary trip at this charming boutique hotel. It exudes elegance and boasts a central location in the gothic quarter, near Las Ramblas and the cathedral. The prime location made it easy to explore the city by foot, with the exception of La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and offered welcome drinks. Our communication with the hotel prior to our stay had also been prompt. The hotel is small in size, and we carried our own luggage to our compact room which had a lovely balcony and all necessary amenities. As a lovely touch for our special occasion, the hotel left us a note, a luxury assortment of chocolates and cakes, and an alcoholic drink. However, upon informing them that we do not drink, they were quick to replace it with delicious mocktails.
Breakfast was a delightful mix of buffet and a la carte options, served in the restaurant on the ground floor. We were treated to a fine dining experience with exceptional service, particularly from a staff member named "Oriol" who radiated positive energy and professionalism. The hotel also had a rooftop bar and restaurant with stunning views and a pool area, making it the perfect spot to unwind.
Although the overall service was a bit inconsistent, with some ups and downs, it did not dampen our stay. We did have to wait a while for a kettle, cups, and tea bags, as there seemed to be a shortage of staff at the hotel. Additionally, the front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about local activities and did not have any recommendations for good restaurants.
During check-out, we encountered some rigidity from the front desk and desired some flexibility, especially during a busy time. We had also arranged an airport taxi through the hotel, but were overcharged. However, after bringing it to their attention, they promptly resolved the issue.
Overall, this is a great hotel that has the potential to be exceptional with some minor adjustments. We highly recommend it for its convenience, prime location, and delectable breakfast options.
